The idea for the H&P Notebook came during my third year of medical school, when I was tired of juggling multiple notebooks for different purposes. I wanted a single place to record patient notes, personal reflections, and the lessons learned each day. That’s how the H&P Notebook was born.
It’s designed to make life a little easier for students, residents, clinicians — a simple, organized space to keep everything that matters in one book.
